Registration
Each centre handles its own registrations: in Amsterdam, they open in January for March and in April for June; in The Hague, one button per session (March, June, November) leads to the Alliance’s booking module; in Groningen, the Institut français answers by email. The diplomas are independent: you register directly for the level you want, and you need 50 points out of 100 to pass.
The 7 DELF-DALF test centres, city by city
Here the DELF and DALF are run by a central management body, which FEI’s list shows separately from the centres: Institut français des Pays-Bas (The Hague) · Anna Paulownastraat 76, 2518 BJ La Haye · institutfrancais.nl. It sets the national session calendar; candidates register with a centre.
How to read this list. It reproduces the official list of test centres approved by France Éducation international (FEI), read on 26 October 2026: name, address, phone, generic email and website as FEI publishes them; where the listed website no longer works or has moved, we give the one we opened that day. Notes in italics come from our check of each centre’s website on 26 October 2026. An organisation that is not on this list is not approved.
