Read the conditions before paying: the Jeddah TCF Canada listing states “No postponement, no refund, no change of date allowed”, and for the e-TCF Canada, registration closes 7 working days before the test date — earlier if all places are taken. One detail to know: the Ar-Rabih venue where AFAS schedules its e-TCF and e-TEF Canada sessions in Riyadh is not on France Éducation international’s list, which gives the AFAS Riyadh centre at Al Kindi Plaza (Gate 14, As-Safarat); ask AFAS if in doubt. No TCF session was listed for Al Khobar on 13 October.
Elsewhere in the Gulf and the Levant
If the Saudi sessions are full, the nearest TCF Canada sessions in the Gulf are in Qatar (Institut français, Doha: 1,300 QAR, 16 December 2026, marked “registration closed” on 26 October) and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai and Abu Dhabi, 1,800 AED). In Kuwait, the Institut français published no TCF Canada session on 26 October 2026, only the TEF Canada (130 KD); in Jordan, the Institut français in Amman holds three TCF Canada sessions a year. Bahrain has one approved TCF centre (Alliance française, Isa Town), whose website did not open on 26 October; Oman has none, but the Centre franco-omanais in Muscat had TEF Canada sessions on the CCI Paris centre map that day. How to read this list. It reproduces the official list of test centres approved by France Éducation international (FEI), read on 13 October 2026: name, address, phone, generic email and website as FEI publishes them; where the listed website no longer works or has moved, we give the one we opened that day. “Computer-based”: FEI lists the centre as offering computer sessions; “paper-based”: FEI lists no computer sessions. The “TCF Canada” badges come from our check of each centre’s website on 13 October 2026. An organisation that is not on this list is not approved.
